Terms & Conditions

1. The website www.capitalnow.in ("the Website" or "site") and mobile application "CapitalNow.in" ("App") (collectively referred to as "Platform") is owned and operated by Finxer Technologies Private Limited ("the Company" or "Capital Now" or "we" or "us" or "our") with registered address at Office Space No. 203, Second Floor, KKR Square, Kavuri Hills Phase1, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana- 500033.
2. "Customer(s)" or "you" or "User" or "End-Users" or "Participant" shall mean any person who accesses, downloads, uses or views the Platform and the Services.
3. The Offer shall be valid for the loan(s) applied by the participant(s) (subject to approval/rejection) during the period commencing from 26th August 2025 at 12:00:00 AM till 05th September 2025 at 11:59:59 PM.
4. The Offer can be availed by all the residents of India aged 18 years or above.
5. The Offer can be availed by applying for a loan only through the Capital Now mobile application.
6. As per the Offer, the loan charges on the total loan amount shall be waived off only up to Rs 1,111/-, and the said Offer shall only be valid for STPL (short-term personal loan) products. The participant(s) can avail the Offer only by using and manually entering the promo code – CNOFF before the E-agreement and disbursal of the loan amount. Loan charges include processing fees and digital documentation charges.
7. The use of the Offer will be optional while applying for the loan, and its benefits cannot be claimed by the participant(s) after he/she has applied for the loan (subject to approval/rejection) and/or the loan amount has been disbursed without using the promo code.
8. The Offer is applicable for different time periods, subject to the type of customer:
   • Type 1: New customers, who are availing a loan from Capital Now for the first time, can avail the offer from 26-August 2025 to 05-September 2025.
   • Type 2: Existing customers who currently have no loan/s active with Capital Now, can avail the offer from 26-August 2025 to 05-September 2025.
   • Type 3: Existing customers who currently have an active loan with Capital Now can avail the offer from 26-August 2025 to 05-September 2025 (except on the dates 01, 02 & 03 September 2025).
9. It is hereby explicitly explained that a user can avail the benefits of the Offer only once over a single loan application. Please be aware of the fact that an Offer cannot be used twice.
10. By availing this Offer, each participant agrees that they have read and understood the terms and conditions laid down herein, and that they are bound by the same.
11. To avail the Offer, participant(s) must apply for a loan on the Capital Now app during the duration of the Offer.
12. participating social media platforms with respect to any matter/dispute related to or arising out of this Offer. All participant(s) expressly waive any rights of claim against the Company about the Offer or the terms and conditions hereof. Further, the Company and the participating social media platforms shall not be liable for any losses, damages, taxes, liabilities or inconvenience suffered by any participant as a result of these terms and conditions, entering into this Offer. Further, participant(s) will hold the Company and the participating platforms harmless from and against any loss, damage, taxes, or liabilities suffered by the Company or the participating platforms due to a participant’s participation in this Offer.
13. The Company reserves the right to change, amend and modify the terms and conditions herein, or revoke this Offer, at any time before or during the Offer at its own discretion, without any prior notice of the same to the participant(s).
14. The disputes, if any, in relation to the Offer will be subject to Indian laws and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
15. The Company’s decision in connection with the Offer will be final and binding and is non-contestable. The Company shall have the absolute and sole discretion to determine whether any participant should be disqualified by reason of failure to abide by these terms and conditions, bad faith, fraud or any other legitimate reason that the Company so believes to be true.
16. This Offer and any related promotion are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform.
